Term of Service

After you text me with your order request, I send you a brief.
The brief needs to be filled out very carefully so that I can fully realize your idea. As you finish and send it to me, I will send you the final cost of the artwork.
We agree on all the details and you pay 50% of the cost. After that I start working on the model. The sculpting character process begins.

Sculpting&Modeling:

I'm sending you a screenshot at the end of the sculpting process. The model will be in high poly, A-pose, with some details and outfit.
At this stage, you can still make changes to the details of the sculpt and 1 free times full change the decision of the look. Every next one is 50% from the price.
If there are any additional items or pets, I make them in high poly and also send them for approval. Free 3 edits, further each 20% of the cost of the item.
If we make a detailed background, it is created at this stage, sent upon completion of modeling. Small edits are free of charge, any major changes from 20% of the original cost for environment.

Retopology:

If there is no need to make a playful or unique low poly, it is left to my discretion.
I usually make one that will allow me to make a textures map, rig and pose the model in the future.
If you need a specific lowpoly, this is negotiated in advance, you will need to send me references. It is paid additionally, by agreement.

Texturing:

I work in Hand draw and Semi-realism techniques, I will try to repeat textures from those references that will be attached in the brief.
At the texturing stage, it will no longer be possible to make changes to the sculpt.
Small edits are free of charge, any large changes from 10% of the original cost.
At this stage I send screenshots from Substance Painter.

Posing:

Starting to position the character and assemble the full scene in Blender.
Sending screenshots for approval. The first 5 edits are free, further discussed.

Do a final renders, 3 free angles.
Send ready, edited png/jpeg images. If Blender files are needed, I collect all the folders and send in zip file.

Final render:

I set the light and composition of the shot. I send 3 variants of camera view.
At this stage, you pay the remaining 50% of the cost. Please note that all paid changes are paid for during the process.
If necessary, I add effects, approval the variant and make a test render.

Pre-render:

Deadline

From 3 weeks to 2 months depending on the complexity of the project. If you pay for the order and do not respond within 7 days after I send you the high poly model version, I will start to finalize it.

The deadline is calculated at the same moment as the cost of the commission, after the commissioner has filled in the brief. In case of unforeseen circumstances,
I undertake to give notice of a change of the deadline date.

Usage

The standard cost is calculated on the assumption that the Commissioner will use the work for NON-COMMERCIAL purposes. For personal use only.
Commercial commission: after calculation of the base commission price x3
Personal commissions can be substituted for commercial commissions, but the price to be paid to the commissioner will be x4 of the original commission amount.
I can publish all the orders I have completed on my social networks with a link to the customer.
As a Commissioner, you are welcome to repost and use the finished art on social media, but make sure I will always be mentioned.
If you don't specify whether it is for personal or commercial use, it will automatically be assumed to be for personal use only and not for any kind of financial gain.

If after sending you a brief, I do not receive a response within 5 days, the commission slot will be cancelled.
I reserve the right to reject your submission without question.
I reserve the right to modify and resell any work you reject at the sculpt stage.

Main statements

Payment upfront 50% before start sculpting, the other 50% before the final files are sent out. Personal Commission: Be able to pay in 48 hours. Otherwise, it will be cancelled. Maximum waiting time if you notify about it: 72 hours.

Payment on Boosty (Patreon analog) via bank cards and Hipolink via cards / PayPal.
